- Includes up to 30 mins appointment time
- Additional time: $10 per 15 mins
- 0–10 miles: $25
- 10–15 miles: $30
- 15–20 miles: $35
- Over 20 miles: Custom quote
- After-hours/Weekend: +$30
- Parking fees: Billed at cost
Estimates are provided upfront. Final fees may vary based on time, distance, or document requirements. Payment is due at time of service. Travel fees apply once arrived at the location, even if notarization cannot be performed due to incomplete documents or lack of acceptable identification

Why do travel fees apply if the notarization cannot be completed?
Travel and service fees cover the time and round-trip distance dedicated to reaching your location. These fees apply once the notary arrives, even if the notarization cannot proceed due to incomplete documents or a lack of acceptable identification.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept several convenient payment methods, including cash, major credit cards, and common mobile payment applications. We provide upfront estimates whenever possible to ensure transparency.
When might initial estimates change?
While we strive for accuracy in our quotes, final fees may vary slightly based on the actual time spent during the appointment (if exceeding 30 minutes), unexpected travel complexities, or additional document requirements discovered on-site.
How do after-hours or weekend fees work?
For rush appointments or appointments scheduled outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, a flat +$30 convenience fee is added to the base service charges to accommodate the non-standard timing.
